Hendrik Deistler is a German entrepreneur and professional polo player based in Kronberg im Taunus, Germany. He is the founder and CEO of Invictus Polo, a professional polo team and global brand platform that operates across 13 international tournaments in Europe, the USA, the UAE, and Argentina.
Hendrik Deistler founded Invictus Polo with the vision of transforming polo from a traditional weekend sport into a modern, media-driven brand platform. Under his leadership, Invictus Polo has developed a unique model that combines professional polo competition with in-house media production, exclusive VIP hospitality through the Invictus House concept, and industry-specific polo sponsoring packages for premium brands.
As a licensed polo player registered with the German Polo Association (DPV) with a handicap of –1, Hendrik Deistler brings both competitive experience and entrepreneurial vision to the sport. He has competed in numerous international tournaments including Beach Polo and Snow Polo events across Europe.
Beyond polo, Hendrik Deistler is the managing partner of HD Venture Group and the Deistler Family Office, which focuses on long-term capital allocation across private equity, hedge fund strategies, and investment banking. He holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
